Department Description


The Town Clerk is responsible for the following tasks:
  • Maintains all documents necessary for the effective administration and operation of municipal government
  • Provides support to the Mayor and Town Council
  • Aids in the delivery of effective government service
Additionally, the Town Clerk facilitates municipal elections in accordance with statutory requirements and serves internal and external customers in an impartial, confidential, efficient, trustworthy and friendly manner.

PROCESS SERVERS: Attention to all process servers, and those seeking to serve process on the Town or any Town Official or employee, pursuant to ARIZ. R. CIV. PRO. RULE 4.1(h), the Town Clerk can only accept service of process for the Town of Fountain Hills. For service upon an individual, please consult with an attorney and the rules of civil and criminal procedure.
