Both Event Center and Fountain Park offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the world famous fountain.
The Event Center can accommodate up to 500. Fountain Park can accommodate several thousand depending on specific area chosen for your event.

As of July 1, 2009 the Community & Event Center will no longer be offering liquor service. Currently, Center staff is working through the Request for Proposal process to obtain a sole source vendor for liquor service at our facility. After the vendor has been selected, and if alcohol will be served at your event, each licensee would be required to use this selected vendor for all liquor needs. The bartending service that will be chosen for exclusive service at the Fountain Hills Community & Event Center will be a proven professional business that is licensed by the State of Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control and will carry liability insurance. After the vendor has been named Center staff will contact you with the vendor’s business information and you will be required to work with them to schedule service for your upcoming event.
All fire code regulations must be followed at both facilities, including tents at Fountain Park. At the Event Center, candles must be enclosed (votive, hurricane lamp, floating). Nothing may be attached to facility walls or ceiling.

The Event Center has tastefully decorated restroom facilities. Fountain Park has public restrooms, however most events take place far from those facilities.
Over 350 parking spaces available in the Event Center complex, additional parking is available along Avenue of the Fountains. Fountain Park has two parking lots and on street parking around most of the park. Both facilities are ADA compliant.

All fire code regulations must be followed, including tents at Fountain Park. We do not allow any items, such as floating candles, to be placed in the lake.
Depending on the function, additional permits may be necessary for rentals at Fountain Park. Tent rentals are one area that would require a permit. An 8 1/2” x 11” paper showing the location, size of tent and type of fabric would need to be submitted to the Fountain Hills Fire Department no later than two weeks prior to the event date. After a final inspection of the tent FHFD would then issue a permit.

Beer and wine only are permitted at Fountain Park with the purchase of a separate Park Alcohol Permit, which is good for up to 50 consuming adults. No hard liquor is permitted.

The fountain runs 7 days a week from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., for 15 minutes at the top of the hour. You can choose to have the fountain run for additional time, however, there is a fee. The fountain is equipped with a wind gage, if winds gust more than 10 mph it will automatically shut down.
