June 30, 2010 will be the last day for recycling pick-up at the town sponsored recycling station. The recycling station, located in the library parking lot, has been a free service to the community for about one and one half years. The Town has experienced a sharp downturn in revenues and can no longer sponsor the free recycling service after the June 30th date. We encourage those citizens who have the ability to contract recycling services through private solid waste service providers, to do so. Please check the “Environmental Programs” section of our website for links to alternative recycling resources within our community.
