Disputes will happen, regardless if it’s with a neighbor, the Homeowners Association or landlord. A dispute resolution provider. The purpose of this mediation program is to help solve disputes and, ultimately, preventing judicial rulings and involvement of any law enforcement officials.
AdditionalCommon concerns that have been resolved include: property line disputes, barking and fence boundaries.
All mediators that volunteers with Solve-It have undergone 40 hours of mediation training through the Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
