Activity Center - Special Presentations

Free Health Screenings:  Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 9:00-11:30 AM.

Sign-up by calling or stopping by the Activity Center.  Time slots will fill quickly so don't delay.

Screenings involve the following:  Cholesterol (Total Cholesterol-LDL/HDL/Triglycerides (finger prick). Do not eat or drink 12 hours prior to this test.  You may drink water and take your scheduled medications.

Diabetes (Glucose) screening:  Same fasting as stated above for Cholesterol testing.

Blood pressure check

Body Mass Index (BMI)

Waist Circumference Measuring
