Fountain Hills enjoys the best of two worlds - the hustle and bustle of being in proximity to the fifth largest city in the United States and the unparalleled splendor of the rugged Sonoran Desert and its signature saguaro cactus.
The centerpiece of the community, Fountain Park, anchors the Town Center Business District, which hosts some of the Town's best restaurants and cafés, as well as Town Hall, government operation, medical offices, and many retail destinations.
Another major Business District, Four Peaks Plaza, is located near the crossroads of the Town's major arterial road (Shea Blvd) and State Highway 87. This District hosts large national retailers, other complimentary retail destinations, and serves highway travelers of nearby State Highway 87.
