Law Enforcement

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is a fully integrated law enforcement agency committed to providing superior quality law enforcement, detention and support services to Maricopa County citizens and to other criminal justice agencies.

Under the command of Captain John Kleinheinz, there are 30 full-time deputies assigned to the Town of Fountain Hills. They are assigned in the area of patrol, detectives and community service. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office law enforcement philosophy emphasizes creating a safe and secure environment for Maricopa County residents and businesses.
