Town of Fountain Hills Municipal Property Corporation
The Town of Fountain Hills Municipal Property Corporation (MPC) has been formed to assist the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona in financing, acquiring, constructing and equipping certain real and personal property and leasing, with an option to purchase, such property and the improvements thereon back to the Town.
The MPC meets to elect officers on the third Thursday of October each year. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the President or the Secretary upon notice to the public and to each Director.
