Under the direction of the Development Services Director, Paul Mood, Facilities Supervisor Mike “Stretch” Koveikis' responsibilities include:
- Manages Capital Improvement Projects pertaining to Town owned facilities with the exception of Parks and Recreation projects.
- Manages all maintenance and repair to Town owned facilities utilizing in house maintenance/custodial staff.
- Prepares and coordinates contracts pertaining to the operations of Town owned facilities including HVAC and major repairs.
- Town ADA coordinator.
- Works closely with Human Resources in Risk Management.
