In January of 2011, the Town Council approved that the all Town elections will be held by "mail ballot". The Clerk's office conducts local municipal elections (i.e. Mayor and Town Council elections; Initiative , Referendum, and Recall elections; as well as Bond elections, etc.). The next Mayor and Council Primary Election will be held in August of 2016 with a run-off General Election held in November of 2016 (if applicable).
Register to vote online at www.servicearizona.com. Hard copy voter registration forms can also be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office or at the Maricopa County Recorder's offices during regular business hours.

Voter Eligibility Requirements and Registration Deadline
An individual is eligible to register to vote as provided in ARIZ. REV. STAT. §16-101 and ARIZ. REV. STAT. §16-121 and Town Code, Chapter 2, Section 2-9-1.
