Retail Market Trade Analysis
Provides demographics and information on Fountain Hills’ two Retail Market Trade Areas – “Town Center” and “Four Peaks.”
For both retail trade areas, the study provides:
- Trade area delineation
- Population and projected growth
- Number of households and projected growth
- Detailed population breakdown
- Educational attainment
- Household income
- Employees with the trade areas and their spending potential
- Expenditures, demand and trade leakage
- Lifestyle data
Google Fiber for Communities
Provides the results of the citizen survey to gauge community support for the “Google Fiber for Communities” project. The report provides statistical analysis as well as verbatim comments which were received during the survey process.
The report information details three areas:
- Gauges community support.
- Provides technical information and satisfaction on the current services to which residents subscribe.
- Why Google should pick Fountain Hills as the location to test Google’s experimental fiber network.
Oktoberfest - Event Attendees Survey
Provides socio economic data on those who attended the September 25 and 26, 2009 Oktoberfest event. The report provides an understanding of the type of attendees who frequent or tend to frequent this type of event.
A better understanding of the make-up and background of attendees (the socioeconomic profile) is intended to assist local businesses with advertising and marketing their products and services to event attendees.
The report details:
- Geographic origin of attendees by zip code.
- Gender and age.
- Size of the group for those who attended.
- Annual income.
- Visits to local restaurants and hotel stays.
- How the attendees heard about the event.
- Other activities attendees participated in while in town for the event.
Ballet Under the Stars - Event Attendees Survey
Provides socio economic data on those who attended the September 24, 2009 Ballet Under the Stars event. The report provides an understanding of the type of attendees who frequent or tend to frequent this type of event.
