- Project is in the beginning stages of the planning process
- There is currently no timeframe for beginning development

The Fountain Hills Arizona State Land Department Development (Fountain Hills ASLD) is a proposed development property located in the northeast corner of Fountain Hills.
- Property was acquired by The Ellman Companies in 2007
- 1,276 total acres
- Plan includes:
- 1,350 residential lots
- Hotel
- Retail center
- Park
