What specialties is your venue known for?
Both Event Center and Fountain Park offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the world famous fountain.
The Event Center can accommodate up to 500. Fountain Park can accommodate several thousand depending on specific area chosen for your event. How do you usually charge?
Event Center prices range from $415-$1810 for up to 8-hours of time. Community & Event Center price includes all tables and chairs. Fountain Park rental rates are $250-$600 depending on the location and amount of time. Do you offer any special services?
Tables and chairs are included with rental at the Event Center. Outside vendors are welcome at both venues; all vendors and caterers must be licensed and insured. Do you provide rentals?
Tables and chairs come with the room rental. Dance floor, AV equipment and other items are available for an additional fee. No rentals are available at Fountain Park. Do you require brides to use a specific list of vendors?
No Do you require the wedding party to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is there an additional fee to bring in one's own musician(s)?
Your choice of music is permitted, no extra charge. Electricity for bands and DJs is available at the Fountain Park Amphitheater. Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
The Event Center has meeting rooms available to rent if additional space if needed. Do you have cooking facilities?
The facility has a 990 sq ft warming kitchen available. Do you provide your own catering? If so, can a bride opt to use an outside caterer if she prefers?
Outside caterers are welcome, must be licensed and insured. No on-site food services are available at either facility. Do you have a liquor license?
The Center holds the liquor license, all bar services must be scheduled through the Event Center. Prices are available on our website. Beer and wine only are permitted at Fountain Park with the purchase of a separate Park Alcohol Permit, which is good for up to 50 consuming adults. Can the bride provide her own alcohol if desired?
No outside liquor is permitted at either facility. They can bring their own liquor to the park with the permit. What restrictions (if any) are there on decorations?
All fire code regulations must be followed at both facilities, including tents at Fountain Park. At the Event Center, candles must be enclosed (votive, hurricane lamp, floating). Nothing may be attached to facility walls or ceiling. What restrictions are there (if any) on photography?

Depending on the function, additional permits may be necessary for rentals at Fountain Park. Does your venue often accommodate more than one wedding at a time?
Yes. Staff makes a conscious effort to book events so that they do not interfere with one another. Do you offer security, if requested?
Yes and is required for events serving alcohol. Describe your bathroom facilities.
The Event Center has tastefully decorated restroom facilities. Fountain Park has public restrooms, however most events take place far from those facilities. Describe your parking facilities.
Over 500 parking spaces available in the Event Center complex. Fountain Park has two parking lots and on street parking around most of the park. Do you offer valet parking?
