The Town of Fountain Hills is accepting applications for a Youth Commissioner, Sophomore or Junior serving a one year term on the Parks and Recreation Commission, beginning January 1st, 2008.  Any resident of Fountain Hills interested in serving on the Parks and Recreation Commission is invited to submit an application. The Commission meets in the evenings at 5:30 p.m., on the Second Monday of each month. Service on the Commission is strictly voluntary.

The application requirements and forms may be downloaded by clicking here or picked up at the Town Hall Administration reception desk during normal business hours.

The completed application packet should consist of (1) cover letter of interest; (2) a resume; (3) completed Background and Personal Data Outline; and (4) signed Consent to Executive Session.

Completed application forms should be clearly labeled “Parks and Recreation Commission Application,” and may be hand-delivered to the Administration Reception Desk at Town Hall or mailed to 16705 E. Avenue of the Fountains, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268.
