The Town of Fountain Hills intends to increase existing fees and add new fees for Town services pursuant to Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 9-499.15.

The Fountain Hills Town Council will consider adding or changing the fees at its regular council meeting to be held June 1, 2017, at 6:30 PM, in the Town Council Chambers, 16705 E. Avenue of the Fountains, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268. This item will appear on the regular meeting portion of the Town Council agenda to allow an opportunity for public comment. If approved, the fees changes will become effective thirty days after approval by the Town Council on July 1, 2017.
