Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona

Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15 notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Fountain Hills will consider a resolution on May 17, 2012, establishing the fee schedule for the Fiscal Year ending June 30,2013 within the final adoption of the annual budget.

Additionally, the Town of Fountain Hills, the Eagle Mountain Community Facilities District, and the Cottonwood Maintenance District will adopt their property tax levy for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2013, at a hearing on June 21, 2012. The final levy amount may be increased over the approved levy for Fiscal Year 2012.
